Events usage guide#

Events are the foundation of ShopMagic, think of them as triggers in the Zapier workflow. Each time, someone takes an action on your WooCommerce store, the event you subscribe to will trigger your actions.

A basic example is very simple: by using an event New Order your automation will take an action upon every created order. You can further decide, what outcomes would be performed: it can be an email to the customer or an SMS message.

Singular automation can only have one event (contrary to filters and actions). To see, what events are available to you, take a peak into the complete list of ShopMagic events.
