  • You may proceed, but please note that missing feature may not result in a refund. All our plugins have thorough descriptions and there is a full featured demo, so we assume that you understand everything that is included with the plugin, including the features and capabilities.

  • Please clearly describe why you are asking for a refund. The exact reason is required to process your request.
  • Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion. Sending a refund request does not automatically mean that we will grant the refund.
  • If you are reporting an issue:
    1. Make sure that you are using a supported WooCommerce version. You can find the supported versions in the docs.
    2. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugin.
    3. Please provide steps to reproduce the problem.
    4. Attach WooCommerce system status (below).
  • Please include plugin version that you use, WooCommerce and WordPress versions - this will help us tackle the problem faster.
  • Upload screenshot with plugin settings or that visualizes the problem you have.
    Allowed file formats: jpg, gif, png, pdf, zip.
  • Upload WooCommerce System Status. This will speed up problem verification.
    Accepted file types: txt, doc.
