Below you will find a full list of actions available for use in ShopMagic automations.
Send Email
Sends an email using a regular, WooCommerce email template. This is an action that you should choose if you only want to slightly modify your email content.
Send Email - Plain Text
This action lets you send an email in plain text format. According to some studies, plain text emails might perform better because they seem more natural.
Send Email - Raw HTML
Sends an email in raw HTML format. This action requires a fully functioning HTML email template that will be correctly rendered in your customers' inboxes.
Add Customer to Mailchimp List
Passes your customer's data to a specific Mailchimp list. The following customer data can be sent to a Mailchimp list:
- First name
- Last name
- Address
- City
- State
- Country
Add E-mail to List
Adds an e-mail address to a specific customer list in ShopMagic. Lists' memberships (including lists' names) are visible to customers and they can opt-in or opt-out from your lists through their communication preferences page.
Delete E-mail from List
Deletes customer's e-mail from a specific ShopMagic list.
Send an SMS with Twilio
Send an SMS to your recipient through the Twilio app. This action doesn't support HTML. Available with the ShopMagic Twilio add-on.
Add row to Google Sheets
This action sends your customer or order data to a specific Google Sheet. Available with the ShopMagic Google Sheets add-on.
Post to Slack
Instead of sending an email or SMS, this action posts a message to your Slack channel. Available with the ShopMagic Slack add-on.
Membership Create for Customer
Creates a new membership for your customer. Available with the ShopMagic Memberships add-on.
Membership Change Plan
Changes your customer's membership plan. Available with the ShopMagic Memberships add-on.
Membership Change Status
Changes your customer's membership status. Available with the ShopMagic Memberships add-on.
Membership Delete
Deletes your customer's membership. Available with the ShopMagic Memberships add-on.
Subscription Change Status
This action changes your customer's subscription status. Available with the ShopMagic Subscriptions add-on.
Subscription Change to Manual
Sets your customer's subscription payment method to manual renewal. Available with the ShopMagic Subscriptions add-on.
Subscription Change Date
Changes your customer's subscription created date, trial end date, next payment date, or end date. Available with the ShopMagic Subscriptions add-on.
