Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the plugin, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes it unusable, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we will give no refunds. To carry out the refund, we require an exact reason why you do not want to use the plugin. We may hold a refund until you provide the reason. The refund is processed within 7 days of request. During this time, we can contact you to interview you about our plugins. To request a refund, write to us using the form.

Refunds on renewals


We will not grant any refunds on renewals.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal payment is automatically processed on the My Account page. If you choose to cancel your subscription, it will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase, and you will no longer receive updates or support for the plugins you have purchased.
